Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure they arrive safely at our returns facility.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Your refund will be processed for the returned item once it is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide you with a replacement or issue a full refund.
